For over 20 years, the International SPA Association has been recognized worldwide as the professional organization and voice of the spa industry. The ISPA Conference & Expo has become a way for spa professionals from around the globe to become more knowledgeable and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. The Conference & Expo is 3 days of speakers and presentations that cover business strategy, customer service, leadership, management and the latest (and greatest!) in spa products.
The 2013 Expo took place in Las Vegas, NV at the Mandalay Bay hotel. Considered the “must attend” event in the industry, experts and novices alike were in attendance for the event.
